Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (https://prionemc.com, the “Site”) operated by PRIONE (the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. 1“Site” means the website operated by the Company to provide information about the Company, its technologies and products, and to receive inquiries from users.
  2. 2“User” means any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. 3“Posting” means any text, file, link or other information submitted by a user to the inquiry board or other areas of the Site.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. 1These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
  2. 2The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws. Amended Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
  3. 3A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the services.

Article 4 (Scope of Services)

The Company provides the following services through the Site.

  1. 1Information about the Company, its technologies and products
  2. 2News, reference materials and other information
  3. 3Receipt of inquiries and replies thereto
  4. 4Any other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Use of the Services)

  1. 1No membership registration or fee is required to use the Site.
  2. 2Services are provided 24 hours a day, all year round, in principle.
  3. 3The Company may suspend all or part of the services in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance of facilities, disruption of communications or natural disasters. In such cases the Company shall give prior notice on the Site, or, where prior notice is not possible, notice shall be given afterwards.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

  1. 1Entering false information or using another person’s information when submitting an inquiry
  2. 2Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
  3. 3Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or a third party
  4. 4Using information published on the Site for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Company
  5. 5Transmitting or posting advertising information without authorization
  6. 6Any other act that violates applicable laws

Article 7 (Management of Postings)

  1. 1The user who submits a posting is responsible for its content.
  2. 2Where a posting violates Article 6 or applicable laws, the Company may delete it or restrict its display without prior notice.
  3. 3Postings submitted to the inquiry board may be viewed only by the person who submitted them and by the Company’s staff in charge.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects personal information collected for the provision of its services in accordance with applicable laws. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Ownership of Copyright)

  1. 1Copyright in all works published on the Site, including documents, images, videos and designs, belongs to the Company.
  2. 2Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or create derivative works from such works without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. 1The Company shall not be liable where it is unable to provide the services due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power failure or disruption of communications.
  2. 2While the Company endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site, it shall not be liable for any outcome arising from the use of such information.
  3. 3The Company shall not be liable for any information obtained from, or damage arising at, external sites linked from the Site.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

  1. 1These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. 2In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user in connection with the use of the services, both parties shall consult in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
  3. 3If no agreement is reached and litigation is filed, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on 19 August 2026.
